can't see folder for mult upload

I uploaded all my files to the /public_html/phocadownload/Meeting/xxx folder via filezilla. When I go to the multiple upload area on the phoca download component area, I can't navigate to that folder. I only see the Meeting folder, I can't open it or see any of the files I've already uploaded (100's of files). How do I update or refresh the folders in the phoca download uploader to show the files I've uploaded?

Are the folder names without diacritics and empty spaces?

Don't know what those terms mean.

I see,
Filename then...
blue arrow pointing left then up two dots
check box brown folder folder name
check box brown folder folder name
check box adobe symbol file name

I'm unable to upload images......

Should I just unistall and reinstall? Seems something is amiss.....

Is there a step by step instructions on how to upload files via FTP? I may have missed something. The files are already on the server at that location. I don't want to upload them twice... I guess I can delete them all and upload via the uploader via phoca, not ideal.

Hi, do your folder names contain empty spaces or diacritics?

Folder Name:
Uber-uns (is OK), Über-uns (not ok because of diacritics), Uber uns (not ok because of empty space)

What is exactly the problem - is still the problem that you cannot enter folder (clicking it does not make any action)?
