Fatal error?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class jfilteroutput in /home/mysite.nl/mymap_html/libraries/joomla/filter/output.php on line 25

this appeared after installing PhocaGall v1.4.3 on a 1.5 stable (Seenu) and I tried to create a new category and a new gallery gives the same..
When I uninstall PG 1.4 and installed v 1.2 I can create a new category but when I try new gallery also: a white screen with the fatal error message as above.
strange thing is that on the 1.2 installation only one database tabel is created with the 1.4 installation are both created?..

I use PHP4.4 with GD..

Your version of Joomla! 1.5 still contain old files, see:
index.php?action=vthread&forum=2&topic= ... =0#msg1095
