map in article showing gray box

Hi,

I am facing issue with phoca maps showing gray box in articles.My joomla version is 3.8.1, phoca maps 3.0.4. There are various markers set on the home page and individual maps also on single article. None of the map is working on any of the page.

Also it is not working with https. Have tried all the steps on all the post regarding the issue. But none of the things working for me.

Hi, what is the version of the plugin? What of the component?

Hi Jan,

Joomla version is 3.8.2 php version is 5.6 phoca map version for component and plugin is 3.0.4 downloaded today and updated on site.

Hi, the difference on your site between the plugin and the component is that the plugin does not call the api: maps.googleapis.com

But really hard to say why? Do you really run the latest plugin?
Try to download it now and reinstall (only the plugin)

I removed the earlier plugin and added it again the latest one. It seems it has helped to fix the issue.

Hi,
I have the same issue on my web site - using phoca 3.0.4. and the map shows in article as a grey box.
I have added google api as best I can, and have re-installed phoca just in case this was the issue.
