Upload access-rights

Hi,

I've enabled for some users to be able to download and upload files.
But I can't set the access-level on a file when uploading so the file become "public".
That's not what's need - i.e. I want to preconfigure what access-level a uploaded file should get.
Or - secondly - be able to have a choice of setting access-levels when uploading a file.

Which version do you run?
What is not visible to you? Options or only this parameter?

I upgraded to 3.14 and found the setting now visible under Global settings > PhocaDowload > Uploads!

OK. Now I see why requested Options was not visible > Version 3.1.2. Because PD release of Version 3.1.3 (+):

Added new parameter: Default Access

in Version 3.1.3 etc .
