Hi, for now I didn't test the new experimental SEF feature in Joomla! so for now I don't have any clue advice. Anyway, the ID in URL has more advantages than URL without ID:

Ok, thx for answer.
Now I have project on VM. I develope site v.2.0 with migration VM to PhocaCart :) (I creating mod for phocacart for migrate VM tables to Phoca tables)
So I wanna saved my old links for saved positions in google search.
May be I needed install sh404sef for managed my links, but this component have't compability with PhocaCart (in default package) :(

What you think - sh404sef is good idea or not?

upd:
and look - my article category without ID http://newd2.footballsale.ru/category (joomla 3.8.2)

upd2:
If I create phoca category in menu joomla, I have more friendly link. For example: http://newd2.footballsale.ru/phoca-category-test-2
--So when I run parsing shop2shop may be need created all category links in invisible menu (only for admin panel)?...

Hi, unfortunately I don't know sh404sef - I use everywhere the standard Joomla! SEF

Yes, if you create a menu link directly to category, it does not have numbers as this is main alias for menu link - but in such case you need to create menu link for each category  but really no idea if this is reasonable
