I noticed that the timestamp in an entry is one hour wrong. Then I changed the timezone in the global Joomla server settings but it was still the same.

Does the date come from the server host? Like now = new Date();

Which version of Phoca Guestbook do you use?

I have do some changes in date. Joomla! saves the date in UTC in database. This date is converted while displaying in the site... Phoca Guestbook use this method and it should be OK....
