Hi, what you exactly mean? If the order is done, customer can get an email (depends on order status) and selected user(s) will be informed too (if set in order status.

Hello! I can not find in the settings what would happen if I received a letter about the status of the order to the administrator, that is, the store makes out an order, and I as an administrator do not see a letter in the mail about the new order?

Hi, did you set "email others" form field in order statuses. One mail goes to customer, other for all listed in "email others" form field. You can set different text for both groups.

Hi, the email message you can edit in order status. Testing now with more mails and all get the email.

Testing gmail account and it seems, there is some security limit. When the email is set for others, it is send in BCC (hidden copy) so other users don't see other emails. This is send by Joomla! email features (which are based on standard email delivery libraries). So I would say, there is some security limit by Google account
