How to import from an old guestbook?

Hi,
I completely renewed my website and thus have lost all the guestbook items that I had in the previous one. I can still access that data however. Is there a manual or brief explanation how I can export from the old site and import to the new site guestbook?

Hi Christine, I managed to get all the data in the new site. Since it wasn't a migration from 2.5 -> 3.x I had to adjust some things but I managed. However, if someone now creates a review, I can see it in the backend as unpublished. Clicking the publishing button does not publish, and the item doesn't show a green mark but the red cross.
If I check the database table, it still shows (under column 'published') a 0. If I manually change it to 1, then the item shows on the website and is marked as published in the backend.

you have any idea what I missed?

Hi Jan,

in the thread you mentioned, I saw a comment about reinstalling GB 3.0.6. I tried this and it worked! So no more support needed. Thanks for helping out!
