Hi,

which Joomla Version and PHP are you using? The error does also belong to the menue: /contact-dwz.
in addition: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/de ... ontact-dwz. Maybe false-positive, but error500 belongs to server.

generell info also (even it belongs to another case): https://stackoverflow.com/questions/458 ... -not-found

Check also other extensions / plugins etc. and/or contact hoster.

Kind regards
Christine

Joomla version 3.8.5 and php 7, just switched over. Yes, I have that error on both of those pages, but cant seem to identify the problem on my own. The company that i purchased extensions from and have a lifetime membership with (joomlaxtc) are no longer answering support tickets [since november 2017]. On their forum it was suggested to go in and 'update' all of their 'wall' extensions and ive begun doing that, but, one particular extension (jxtcnewspro) fixes the jstring error (at least for the contact-dwz page) but causes my homepage to literally explode and im not sure how to fix that issue.

Here is their suggestion: https://www.joomlaxtc.com/support/exten ... joomla-3-4
