Catalogue mode

How does one set PC to Catalogue mode and not show prices?

I want to create a Catalogue and allow users to create an order to send to me. Once I receive the order, I process the pricing and shipping details with the customer by phone. I have hidden the prices for the product but cannot find where to hide the prices for the Options for each product.

I cannot see where to disable the display of prices for the options on a product

did you try these parameters:

Catalog Options
Hide Product Prices: Display or hide product prices

Hide Add To Cart Button: Display or hide Add To Cart button. With this parameter you can hide all the Add To Cart buttons in component. To hide the button for selected view only, see Display tab in Options.
