No possibility of licence acception in frontend

I made a upload possibility on my side where different persons can upload the files via the frontend.
When uploading the files via the backend I can select from the pull down menu some licenses which need to be accepted before the file can be downloaded.
In the frontend layout I can not select this licence pulldown item.

Can someone tell me how I can include this in the frontend layout?

And if possible, now there are lines like Auther, Auther email, Website Auther, Version, etc. Those might be deleted (If possible)

Hi, for now there is no such option, so this needs to be customized directly for the frontend (there are similar posts in this forum but not sure if there is listed some completely solution )
