Error in adding to cart and in pop-up window

Hello,,
I have 2 problems:

1. When I add to the cart, the cart appears empty.
2. And when I click on a pop-up window, it is not possible to click on it. Appears under a transparent gray mask.

Hi,
1) what do you exactly mean? Is the cart really empty (no items in checkout) or it is not only displayed in module position?
2) did you try to disabled loading "bootstrap library" in Options of Phoca Cart.

Such way the popup should be displayed on Gantry 5 template when Load of Bootstrap is disabled:

1. What happens to me when I add to the cart, the message appears to have been added to the cart, but there is no number in the cart icon.

Hi,
1) depends on used template, for now I am not sure if this template includes this feature - to display the number
2) try to take a look at this topic:

I have added the scss but the problem of the pop-up window has not been solved.
With regard to the shopping bag of the cart that is in the right panel when I use the ajax method without pop-up window, the shopping bag appears empty.
Please, I hope you can help me

Does your template support displaying the count of items of the cart in some module position?
