Link to Categories has an error

Hello,
When I try to add a Link to Categories on an article, I get the following error message:
404
VIEW NOT FOUND [NAME, TYPE, PREFIX]: PHOCADOWNLOAD, HTML, PHOCADOWNLOADVIEW

Is there a setting that I need to enable that might make this feature work?

Which Phoca Download version do you use?
How do you insert the link in the article?
Do you use the Phoca Download Plugin for this?
If yes, which version?

I am using Joomla 3.8.7.
Phoca Download version 3.1.4
I am using the Phoca Download File button to insert the category link.
Yes, I am using the Phoca Download Button Plugin version 3.
