E-Mail to others isn't send in custom order statuses

Hi there,

I created a new order status "paid" and it seems that phoca cart isn't sending the mails to "others". I've setup the other status like pending or shipped the in the same way and received the emails to the "others" settings mail-adress.

Could you have a look into this Jan?

Are both checkboxes enabled when changing the status?
Did the status changed from another status? (not from the same)?

I mixed the mail and subject field and therefore no email was send to others, but to the customer

Hello PixelZombie, I had the same problem in past. What is the format of the e-mail address you are using in the field "others"?
Is it a classical name@domain.ext? or something like name@domain.ext.ext? Reply me, it's important. Maybe i know what's the problem.

Just the mail-address as you would type it in your mail-client. user@domain.tld
