Hi,
since some years we are using phoca maps with access but recently google changed the rules. Okay, since some days it show the message: "For development purposes only" and on the info site we found the information, google would like to make money with this service. So, we activated the payment, created the api and set this in our settings in phoca maps, BUT now nothing be displayed!?!
Like the demo site here on phoca: https://www.phoca.cz/demo/phoca-maps-demo-component
My site: https://offensichtlich.de/
Found somebody a solution for this problem?

Re: Google Maps API / for development
Hi,
we use the time and ask the google cloud plattform support and they wrote this:
Hi ,
Thank you for the provided information and screenshots, they have been of great assistance in helping us find where the issue is coming from. Upon further inspection using the JavaScript developer console, it seems that the error you are getting “google is not defined” is related to the plugin you are using to load it as you can see here https://www.phoca.cz/demo/phoca-maps-demo-plugin
There is no script tag that calls the Google Maps JavaScript API on your html and therefore the map is not displayed and an undefined error is raised on form submission. Please note that third party products like Joomla and its plugins are outside of our official scope of support.
However, I suggest you try the following:
1. Update your Joomla to the latest stable version
2. Update your phoca maps plugin to the latest stable version
3. Disable and/or uninstall the plugin and then enable/install it again
4. Set your API key as per the plugin’s directions
