Paypal Not Working

I can't get Phoca Cart to connect to Paypal to complete transactions. Paypal standard plugin is enabled. I have tested on two different Paypal accounts, both work via simple forms. Have I missed and option? Do I need an API?

today I have tested the PayPal connection with success:

1) Update to 3.1.3
2) Enable system log
3) After Payment check the system log.

submitting cart purchase returns Paypal shopping cart error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

EDIT - I have tested in on your website and see it now. What happens when you switch to sandbox mode of the PayPal, do you get the same problem?

How looks the form which is sent to PayPal? Can you paste it here (you can find it in system log)
