I have been trying to add several thousand files of all types and sizes through the multiple add function but keep getting duplicate database entries because PhocaDownload is throwing fatal php errors during the multiple add process which forces me to reprocess the same folder several times thus creating duplicate db entries.
I have looked through Options settings and cannot find any setting to prohibit duplicate entries during the multiple add function.
Is this setting available? How do I prevent duplicates during the multiple add function?
**UPDATE** This issue with duplicates was a direct result of the php errors I was experiencing as discussed here: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=59379
After installing a fresh full copy of J!3.9 and PD 3.1.3 I was able to multiple add more than 32,000 files and 900 folders in less than 30 minutes with no errors or duplicates.
FANTASTIC SOFTWARE for large directories!
