Yes, both Play and Preview are set to "Yes".

Re: display preview button
Jan, does the "Play" and "Preview" settings need to be enabled BEFORE using the multiple add function? If yes, that makes sense why the file paths were not copied to those settings because I think the "Play" and "Preview" settings were "No" when I imported my files.

Re: display preview button
[SOLVED]
I figured out the problem (for me) ...
BEFORE importing/adding any files, you MUST CHANGE OPTIONS FIRST to change "Play" and "Preview" to YES.
After changing the options to Yes, import your files as usual. During the import process the program will automatically copy the file path to the "Play" and/or "Preview" settings.
I just emptied my phocadownload database table and reimported some files with success as described above. Play and Preview buttons are showing properly for all eligible files.

Re: display preview button
Jan,
Perhaps the PD team can update the Documentation and FAQ's for PhocaDownload to let them know they need to set Play and Preview to "Yes" BEFORE importing their files, either manually or by using the multiple add function.

Re: display preview button
Hi, what you exactly mean with:
"BEFORE importing/adding any files, you MUST CHANGE OPTIONS FIRST to change "Play" and "Preview" to YES."
There is one condition - the file will be copied only in case it is playable or previewable
The reason why the files are copied to another folder is the base feature of preview options. Mostly users need to have a file to download and second to preview. The example is a PDF - complete PDF is set for download, table of contents of this PDF file is set for preview. And now begins the problem. When you want to upload your files behind public_html so users cannot access them directly, you cannot preview such files because files behind public_html cannot be previewed - this is why, there are two folders and the option to easily manage this for the same files is to copy them to both folders.
