Hi, on your site, there are 3 bootstrap JS loaded
1) disable the one in Phoca Cart (it is active in Phoca Premiere template):
2) enable removing obsolete bootstrap JS in Phoca Upgrade System plugin:

As a follow up, add to cart and TOS still work correctly with the Phoca Upgrade System plugin disabled. With it enabled front end editing does not function.
