Blank page on install (Admin)

I installed a fresh version of Phoca Cart on my joomla website. When I go to admin for the first time to check out Phoca in the backend, I have a blank page on most of the important management pages (such as Categories, Products, etc..)
I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times but that did not help.

I am running joomla 3.6.5

Then you should update your Joomla! first. The current version is 3.9.1

And then enable displaying of PHP errors, or see your errorLog because mostly blank page means a php error:
