Dates display/sort, auto unpublish files

Hi,

Thanks for the great component! Because of the GDPR my clients want a safer way to transfer files than email. So Phoca Download was a good choice.

If it's possible can you give directions how to see the dates and sort files by date in the backend list of files, this seems not to be a feature?

Also, is it possible to set the unpublish date of the files that are uploaded in the front end? Because of the GDPR wants to limit the preservation of Personal Identifiable data and this could be done automatically if files uploaded on the frontend could be set to unpublish at a certain date. Or perhaps an general option to have files be unpublished after a certain time? Probably this is too much asked, but if so, you may regard this as a well meant remark from a user.

Hi, for now, you can set the the uploaded files must be authorized before publishing. So when user uploads a file, such will be not displayed (but after administrator allows it)

For now, there is no options to set ordering by date in the admin (I will add it to feature request list) but you can order by ID which in fact means by date.

Ok, thanks for your reply.
I understand both solutions. Sorting by ID was something I've come up with also.
Setting expiry date by the uploader, or the possibility to set it globally in the "options", is one feature that would help users to meet the GDPR. In companies where there is one superadmin and a lot of uploaders, it would be a lot of work setting the individual expiry times through "authorizing before publishing". If you would add it to the request list, that would be awesome.
