Phoca Facebook Comments: Comments Disappear After Updating Website

Hi everyone,

I have updated my Joomla website, but kept the same SQL database.

Nevertheless, the previous Phoca Facebook Comments disappeared, even though they still appear listed https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments

What happened to those lost comments? Where are they stored? Is there a way of restoring them?

Hi, unfortunately no idea what happened on your site when upgrading. It is possible that some ID of the site was changed so Facebook cannot assign the comments to to specific website But really hard to say
