How do I resize the height of the headersection in Premiere?

Hi, it is not set fix, it changes based on the content displayed in this header area.

what do you exactly want to change? Could we see it live?

Example could be (increasing the height) into your custom.css:

}

Is see 6 empty lines (after the image), that's why the header increased:

I think under Modules (custom) where you have added the image. On screenshot you see 1 empty line of 6:
