Import CSV issue

Hi,

I'm trying to import a csv file but import Button does not work.
Here what I did:

- I made a CSV Export and filled in the fields I needed
- I uploaded the updated CSV file and clicked on UPLOAD
- the component recognize that there are some products to import but when I click on Import button no process starts.

What could be the problem?

Update: exporting and reimporting the same XML file, importing function works fine

Hi, try to open javascript console when importing/exporting and see if there is no error when getting network request

Hi Jan,
thanks for your answer. The problem was much simple: the software (Libre Office) that I used to open exported CSV file loaded fields as STANDARD.
Changing the type of fields to TEXT all worked fine.
