It is necessary that the title and description for each photo be displayed immediately, and not just in the pop-up window ... in the settings I see only about the modal window.

backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Category View --> Category View Settings --> Display Image Description In Box=(Yes or Yes(HTML))

Perhaps you need to enlarge the box height after enabling this setting:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Category View --> Category View Settings --> Image Box Space=(New value)

Default Description Settings

Display Description - 0|1 - If you have set Display Description attribute to 1 in Phoca Gallery and you want to display this description if you click on image in Phoca Gallery Plugin, you must set it to 1
Description Height - number - If you have set Display Description attribute to 1 in Phoca Gallery and you want to display this description if you click on image in Phoca Gallery Plugin, you must set the Display Height, because the opened window (Modal Popup Box or Standard Popup Window) must be resized
