0 Class 'Joomla\CMS\Layout\LayoutHelper' not found

Hi there,
I am currently working on a Joomla (version 3.7.5) website and I just installed Phoca gallery (version 4.3.16) as I need a photo gallery.
My problem is that I get the following error whenever I click on Images or Categories:

0 Class 'Joomla\CMS\Layout\LayoutHelper' not found

The call stack gives the following result:

I'm still new to Joomla and don't really know what to make of the callback result. I've already searched for similiar posts but couldn't find any related to that error.
Does anyone have an explanation/solution for that?

You have an outdated Joomla version from 2017! So, Codes etc of Phoca Gallery version 4.3.16 (and all other extensions) has been updated to Joomla Core accordingly.

Solution: Update your Joomla Version to the latest one: 3.9.5, as your version missing releases and security releases!
Check also your template, plugins, PHP version etc.
