Form not showing

Hello everyone, I'm sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you could help me. I just installed Phoca Guestbook (beautiful, as usual!) in one of my websites but the form isn't shown and it says only registered users can post, which isn't right because I disabled that option. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?
