PDF generated without content (only header - footer)

Hi,

I installed phocapdf on my website and created a link to generate pdf (my website uses Gantry framework).
But when I generate PDF, It generates only with header (article title) and footer.

Between only white space.

Any idea?

Hi, there can be some error inside converting the content to PDF. First of all, try to write really simple article (with one sentence) to see if you are able to produce PDF documents on your site with content.

If, yes, then try to add different parts of the article where the error occurs to see which paret produces the problem

I tried.

I created an article with a word, but the behaviour is the same.
The file is created with article name.
Header with article name and footer but nothing inside.

The server error_log shows no errors.

Hi, don't create the article in Word (which pastes a lot of invisible not transparent code into the text). Just try to write only one sentence to the article and test it. Try to add new article, write "test" to the article content and save. To know if there is no problem with the function. Mostly copied code from Word which copies a lot of corrupted invisible code prevents from rendering PDFs.
