Disabling messages after adding products to cart and whishlist

Hi all guys,

I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the message that appears when a product is added to the wish list or to the cart.
The fact is that every time this happens the page refreshes and the user comes back to the top. Since I have a long list of products this becomes annoying after a while...

Could you help me in finding a solution?
