Specific subfolder for specific category

If files are uploaded in the frontend, there is no way to select different subfolders, which are each assigned to a category. All uploads automatically go to the root directory "./phocadownload".

Is there a possibility to assign a certain subfolder to a certain category? Then this "category subfolder" would have to be automatically selected, if one decides in the frontend for a category.

There should be no administrative post-processing. Uploaded files should immediately be in the correct subdirectory and be authorized to download.

If this is not possible - is such a feature planned?

Hi, see similar posts in this forum: Independent database and filesystem layer in Phoca Download and Phoca Gallery - the stored file is independent to its category (means folder != category) because one file can be used in more categories.
