Help understanding In Stock display with product attributes

Hi,

I have a site that is running attributes on certain products and this works great,but I have one problem

In Category View, products with attributes show Out of Stock. On Product View, they show In Stock

I have turned off all caching for now to test properly and cannot figure out why this is.

I have set products with attributes this way
Product parent has stock of 1
Attributes have their correct stock number. each product only has one attribute (Size, Colour or Flavour for example)
Stock Calculation for product is set to Product Variation
Minimum Quantity Calculation is set to Product Variation
Stock Status field are set correctly

In Main Options in Phoca Dashboard stock is set to show in All Views.

Has anyone else come across this and fixed it?

Hi, can you paste a screenshot of category and item view.

Testing now, get no problem, the stock status changes dynamically when the attribute option is changed

Thank you for your reply. I should explain more clearly. Firstly, I do not show exact stock levels, only that a product is 'In Stock' or 'Out of Stock'

The problem is shown below



The image on the left is the product in product list view, the image on the right is the product view

On the Product List view the item is shown as Out of Stock, but on Product View is shown as In Stock

I have set products with attributes this way

Hi, the problem is, I am testing it now and cannot get such behaviour.

If main product has some items on stock
If product variation even has some items on stock, there is no reason to display out of stock information.

The only idea is, if you can share the super user login to your site for me, so I can test it directly on the site (via PM message)
