Help Please: Issues with Template (Voxel / Gantry) & Phoca

Greets to all and thank you in advance :-)

I have the Voxel template by Rocket Theme and am having issues with my "Buy" and other buttons, no matter what options I select as views in Phoca. I have even selected the Gantry setting in Phoca since Voxel is based on Gantry itself with no luck

I do have the latest version of Voxel but no support because my membership finished. Everything else is working fine as well.

Could the Java Script or Flashy effect be the issue? If so, can I disable it somewhere in the code? Thanks!

Hi, on your site I don't see any Javascript error, but yes, it is possible that it is caused by the effect. Just switch to some standard template (to test only) to see, if it works there

I assigned a plain template and the buttons did work with AJAX options :-) any ideas on how to get it to work with my template?

Hi, really hard to say, first of all, I would remove the flash effect there

Any idea on how I can remove it? Maybe even editing some of the code somewhere in the Phoca files?

I have tried all of the view options in Phoca without luck.

Hi, the effect has nothing to do with Phoca extension or template. There is no such effect set in Phoca extensions/templates, so really hard to say, where it comes from? :-idea: I see such effect first time so no experiences and clue advices there
