Phoca Open Graph Content Plugin Auto Update

I am using an update tool (Watchful) for my websites.

When trying to update the Phoca Open Graph Content Plugin through Watchful, I get this error:
Watchful Remote System can't find the update record

When I try to update from the Joomla Admin I get this error:

Please advise. How can we overcome this issue?

Same problems here. Using MySites for monitoring and it shows a 3.1.10 update as avaialable.
JED only downloads 3.1.9 as does Phoca site itself.
However GitHub shows a 3.1.10 as available but no place to download.
