you are not offering enough informations:
Which Joomla! version?
Which PHP version?
Which Phoca Cart version?
For understanding it's more easie to post screenshots with enabled English backend language.

Hi,
just to be sure. You get the above error when you click on the menu item to Phoca Cart Component from type "Categories View" in the backend under Menus?

I ask because I'm not be able to reproduce the error with the same configuration (only with PHP v7.2 instead of v7.3 but that shouldn't make any difference) ...
