How to give a guest a download link after purchase

Hi Jan and others

I am configuring file downloads for people to purchase. They work fine when you are logged into phoca cart as
a registered member but when you try to purchase as a guest they aren't given a download link after the purchase is processed.

Here are some screen shots of what I am talking about.

Could you please point me in the right direction so I can resolve this issue.

Hi, did you enable "download - guest access" parameter?

Thanks for the reply.

I have set the parameters in the Global configuration> phoca cart> users menu to (yes) where it says (Download Guest Access).
See the screen shot link. Is this correct?

Yes, download links can be set e.g. in email, so user can click on them per email:

https://www.phoca.cz/documents/116-phoc ... or-vendors

the variable is:
{downloadlink}

Hi Jan

Thanks for the help. I think something is wrong with my SMTP email sending from my joomla website. I think it may be the recent update of joomla that's causing the issues. I have to do more work on it.
