Currency Issue

Hi

I am trying out phoca cart. Great software i must say. I am in South Africa. I set up everything on xampp and tried to change the currency to Rands but it was not working.I unpublished the euro currency but still the front end was showing in euros. i then deleted the euro currency to see if it will default to the Rands currency but now i get an error. how do i set the store currency to the new currency. i cannot find an option.

Also i want to know if i can link to a payment gateway. Here in south africa i use payfast for online payments. i am using it on my current site.

Hi, can you paste a screenshot of your currency setting? Is the currency rate set to 1?

What do you mean with "link to payment gateway". Mostly the payment works per payment plugin so specific plugin must be written for such purposes
