Update failed

Hello Phoca-Friends,

i have a problem with my PhocaDownload @ joomla.

Joomla 3.9.16
PHP 7.2
PhocaDownload 3.1.2

I have downloaded the file "com_phocadownload_v3.2.0.zip" from your homepage.
In my Joomla-Backend at extensions > manage > install i habe upload the zip-File
The error-message is: Internal Server Error

What shall i do to update on the current version?

Hi fap,

"Internal Server Error" is like an error 500 and could happen sometimes due e.g. temporary Server-problems.

Update: extensions > manage > install > Upload Package File.

Check permissions / error log? / PHP Version / Your server-Hoster.
