Phoca Cart Filter Module

Post by sergiotimoff »

Hello, Jan!

After turning on this module, I see this screen.

http://eralux.od.ua/lustri2/DSC_0419.JPG

And only on the assigned menu items

After turning it off, everything works fine.

What could it be ?

Thanks

Hi,

do you use the current version: https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/ ... ter-module
Which template & Joomla Version are you using?

If everything is up to date, maybe could you try to enable error reporting - max. - for e.g. getting "Call Stack" information.

Kind regards
Christine

Hi, do you run all the same versions? It seems like you are running Phoca Cart Filter module version 3.5.0 (or any other module) but the component with lower version, e.g. 3.4.0

Hi, Christine. Hi, Jan. Thanks for the answer and attempt to help. The component and filter module of the latest version are installed. I also found that the cart module also gives this error. At the same time, the component itself works fine. Problems only with modules. Template "The_classifieds" is used... It is slightly edited to the state unresponsive (so the client wanted). Until that time have been no problems with it ... Although for the experiment I connected other templates and these modules work fine with them. It turns out the problem is still with the template?

Hi, hmmm

try to open this file on your server:
administrator\components\com_phocacart\libraries\phocacart\render\media.php

and let me know on which line the method:

Code: Select all

public static function getInstance($name = 'main') {
is located?

I did not find this line there
So this means, that the component was not updated to 3.5.0 correctly (try to reinstall it)

Hi. This problem was solved by replacing the template (let's call it template No. 2). :) There are still nuances ... 1) the filter bookmarks open but do not close 2) if I change the template No. 2 to the third template, everything works fine ... but my client likes the template No. 2 .... 3) and more my client wants the filter to be with the engine, as here https://www.phoca.cz/jtd/
Can I do it all? Thank you

Hi, all design here:
https://www.phoca.cz/jtd/

is made with help of Bootstrap 4 - so if you are able to adapt your template to Bootstrap 4, this can be the easiest way, another way is just to find the part and customize it by yourself. But it is really hard to give some clue advices as we don't know the template you are using, so really hard to say :-(
