Hello
I have created a status for successful Paypal or credit card payment. In the backend under orders it shows it correctly. But not if I go to "edit status". Also the e-mail is not sent, which it should according to the status under "Orders".
Phoca version 3.5.0. see printscreens.
Status under "Orders" not the same as status under "Edit status

Hi, after chaning a status, did your page of orders reloaded? Does the status change when you reload the page?

Hello Jan
Yes, the page was reloaded. Yes, when I change the status, it displays it on the dashboard. But when I log in again later, it shows wrong statuses again. But only about 10% of all orders.

Can you somehow detect what all the items which do this (10%), have in common? Do you use some cache in administration? Do you get it in another browser?

What they have in common is that they paid with either Paypal or credit card (Paypal plugin from Phoca and stripe plugin from NorrNext).
If I set the new status twice, it stays in the dashboard.
I have tested it with Firefox and Chrome.

Hi, hmmm, testing now PayPal, see o problem there, when the status is changed by PayPal it is just changed everywhere. The Popup like the list just takes the same information from database so hard to say why there could be such problem

So does it appear to be a "bug"? Can I check something for you?

Hi, testing now on different servers with PayPal - when the status changes automatically, it is normaly set. Even there is no reason to be different because both views take the same data from database. So I really don't understand what can be wrong on your server - if this is some cache or similar issue?
Do you get the same problem when you test it with another browser?

Hello Jan
It was tested with different browsers and empty cache. Can it be my server?
