Statistics no longer recording

Phoca Cart 3.5.2

Hi,

The Statistics are no longer showing on the related option in Phoca Cart, they 'stop' on the 30th May 2020

It is not a screen I use a great deal, and the rest of the dashboard items appear ok (sales graphs, reports etc.)

I *think* that was the date that I updated to 3.5.2 from 3.5.1

Do I need to alter anything in the Admin for them to start recording again?

Hi, there are no functions to stop or start statistics. Can you add a screenshot of which statistics do you exactly mean?

If it helps, it is the button labelled 'Statistics' in English. I now realise it is a word or term that would not be specific given the wide choice of stats in Phoca Cart

In Czech I guess it is Statistika
according to Google translate anyhow

So really hard to say what can cause stopping displaying the statistics data there.

Does this mean that when somebody purchase something, nothing is displayed in statistics - in statistics view or even in main control panel?

Hi,

Yes, that is correct. Sales and orders graph works fine. They are all up to date.
The sales dashboard and everything else seems fine, Reports, Orders, Products all working perfectly.
It is only the 'Statistics' Option in the Left Hand Menu that shows this behaviour.
I can live with it, but just found it odd

Cannot think of anything else I have added or altered that would cause this very specific behaviour

Hi, hmmm, I am testing it now, on different servers, everywhere I just get right outcomes. I tried to update and check if the update can be the problems, but the queries to database regarding statistics are always the same.

I will try to do more tests.

Hi Jan,

Sorry that it is so much trouble. TBH, it is not a great problem, but, given your diligence, I can see that you may suspect an underlying matter that you want to discover.

I am happy to leave it with you, currently I am in the process of creating another site using Phoca Cart (once finished I shall, of course, send over a donation). If anything occurs during set up that could offer a clue, I shall let you know.

Please consider this matter closed, it appears that the data does update although there is a lag of around 10 to 14 days for some reason.
