First of all, I want to thank you for the quality extension for Joomla!
I really like the functionality!
There are some questions:
1. Will the Schema.org, OpenGraph micro-markup system be implemented? Maybe this problem is already being solved by third-party methods? Plugin?
2. Will the store have its own high-quality Sitemap Google system? Plugin?
3. Will the store's progress SEO? This is very important now!
4. I would like a better photo slideshow on the product page (FancyBox3, Bootstrap....)

1) OpenGraph is solved by Phoca Open Graph System plugin - it is ready for Phoca Cart including images, ... https://www.phoca.cz/phoca-open-graph-system-plugin

2) I think, some Joomla! extensions listed on JED which creates Sitemaps, should be able to work with Phoca Cart

3) What do you exactly mean with "progress SEO"? SEO = interesting content. Btw today, for example Google ignores what you type into your meta tags, code, etc. and adds own information to search results - So for example it edits title so your site gets title it never had defined. Google no longer relies on what information yuo define, but does it according to its own algorithms.

4) There are two default and it can be extended/changed through plugin. So for example this plugin:

uses modern popup mehtod. Another methods can be implemented in some new plugin.
