"Delivery and billing addresses are the same" on the top

Hi when using the mobile version, in Check out page, seems Delivery and billing addresses are the same is put on the bottom, is there a way to put this on top of the SHipping address? Otherwise people might end up inputting address twice.

I think he suggests that the check box (to choose whether delivery and billing addresses) is above the addresses and not below.
Thus, the customer can immediately check the option if necessary without having first completed the 2 addresses and then realize that he would not have had to do it

Hi, now I understand, for now, there is no such option, so this can be done in template as override.
