Not all images get loaded

Hi,

I've been struggling with this issue for quite a while now and tried everything I know, but came out unsuccessfull.

When I try loading new images to the gallery of my Joomla website (Through Filezilla / through phocagallery / through Media...), some images work, but some don't get loaded.

There's no clear reason why some get loaded and some don't.
It's a school's website, and I post pictures that different colleagues send to me.
So first I thought, maybe it's got something to do with the colleague :) But again, some albums give no errors, and some half of the pics get errors, others only 4 pics come through...
They're all jpeg pics, one colleague sends pics made with an _ _, another colleague with a regular camera...
So there's no clear line in which pics get shown and which don't.

In the backend there doesnt seem to be an issue with the thumbnails, cause they're all visible and ok.

Do you have any idea what to do because the photoalbum is a very important part of our website.

Hi Karen,

a) check file/image names: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca- ... ing-images

b) https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca- ... categories

If you have a lot of images in your gallery, you should enable the Pagination Thumbnail Creation parameter in Global Configuration before you add images into the gallery.

c) Go to: Images > Select wanted category > select category > Recreate Thumbnails

Hi Christine,

It turned out to be something else after all!
Apparantly some setting weren't correct:

- I set different thumbnails heights (Masonry Effect) in the category parameters, but didnt enable extra thumbnails in the thumbnail parameters. When I did thàt: extra thumbnails were created in the Phoca component and all turned out well.
