Back to Select Payment after Address Edit

Ciào Jan,

Following Problem:

I set up a discount when using a payment method. It is only available for a special region/zone (Pickup Region)

When User is at last confirm step and goes back and edits his address and changes from Pickup-region to another, the previously selected payment method (+discount) is still applied.

So I want him to select payment method again instead...

Its a bit over my head how to do that...can you please help

(I dont use any shipping/ methods)

Hi, if address is changed, there are two options based on parameter:

a) the payment method will be removed from the cart
b) the payment method will be rechecked and if the rules do not meet the rules, it will be removed.

If a) or b) depends on this parameter: Remove Payment Method (Change)



But b) only works since version 3.5.4 Beta: https://www.phoca.cz/download/category/ ... -component

Try to install Beta and let me know.

In any case, the a) should work even there is no shipping, etc. Everytime, when address is changed, the options like payment or shipping will be removed from cart (if not, maybe there can be some cache problem on the site )
