Admins should be able to delete ALL documents in the frontend too

In the backend, all users with deletion rights (admins) can delete ALL documents.
In the frontend, however, users with deletion rights (admins) can only delete documents that they have uploaded themselves.
What do I have to change so that EVERY admin can delete ALL documents in the frontend too?

Hi, there is no such option, if you need to administrate all users, just login to administration. Frontend is for registered users who can manage own documents (files). There is no double administration (to prevent duplicities), only one administration.
