Speed UP generate layout in phoca cart

This is possible to Speed UP generate first layout in phoca item view.

I try everything minification css & jss Http2 image is optimize but still is a litte delay to item view.
Change temple to gantry 5 Pix or premiere this same.
Two different servers.

There is no such fluidity where one clicks on the product and it loads immediately, there is a delay. Even on the phoca demo it is the same.

Are there options available that can speed up the loading of the product itself?
Could a large number of variants (20) cause such a delay?
