XML manifest is missing language ru-RU ver. 3.2.1

I'm install Phoca Download v.3.2.1 :) and ru_RU.com_phocadownload-j3-com-mod-plg-3.1.7
But when i upload language zip Joomla says 'missing XML manifest' :(
Com version 3.2.1 and lang for 3.1.7? When i can download actually lang-file ? :(

Yes, unfortunately this package does not contain any manifest file. This means you should unzip the package locally on your computer and copy the contained language files into your Joomla! folders:
/language/ru-RU
and:
/administrator/language/ru-RU
via FTP.

You can ask Kostelano (Facebook Link inside the language files) whether he has created a newer version of the package, or you can translate the rest yourself and hopefully share it with the community.
