Did you check if your site does not use e.g. cache and there is still some cached output?

Did you check if your template does not override Phoca Cart output (so e.g. the overrides do not display attributes)? (see your template folder if it includes overrides - you can see them inside html folder in template folder)

I'm so stupid. It's there in the Phoca settings. "Hide Product Attributes (Category, Items View)

... yes, unfortunately, ecommerce extensions mostly have a lot of options so sometimes it is not easy to see all of them. Great to hear it, it is solved now.
