Greetings
I encountered a possible glitch when viewing a web site from an Android phone. An accordion style (3 horizontal lines) menu does not remain collapsed (open) when click on the Phoca Cart menu option. The menu rapidly closes, preventing a user from clicking on any of the menu options for the Cart. I also checked with the template designer. They checked it out from admin panel and found nothing in err with their template. This only occurs when clicking on menu option for Phoca Cart not any other menu option, and only on an Android phone.
Please advise.

Re: Android View Glitch
Hi, Phoca Cart does not have any own menu link feature. It is just one menu link like others. There are no specific rules, etc.
Can I see the site where this occurs?
Check if your libraries are still the same (for example if on one menu link e.g. Bootstrap 2 is loaded, on other e.g. Bootstrap 3 or 4 is loaded, etc. This can then change the different features on site as different Bootstrap libraries can behave differently)

Re: Android View Glitch
Greetings
I was referring to the main menu link that I associated with the component. All other menu links work and look as they should on Android phones. Only the link for Phoca Cart has the problem mentioned in original query. I sent a pm to you as the site is still in production mode.

Re: Android View Glitch
Did you check the libraries, if they are the same, what exactly changes - the link or content on the page?

I am not sure what you mean
The problem appears on android devices with the main menu. I have used various templates and the same occurs. Did you get my pm?"Did you check the libraries, if they are the same, what exactly changes - the link or content on the page?"

Re: Android View Glitch
Nothing changes. When a user clicks on the menu item that links to the phoca cart component, it opens and closes as opposed to staying open so that the component can be opened or accessed. This occurs with phoca templates also.

Re: Android View Glitch
Hi, I didn't get any PM.
The problem is, the component does not have any influence on menu items. So the only idea I for now have is, then when loading the Phoca Cart component, some library e.g. like BS4 is loaded and this can be in conflict with the menu. But this just needs to be debugged on the site - to check which library is used for the menu and which library is loaded when the menu does not work, etc.
