Feature request - no stock management on product

Hello Jan,
generaly i would use stock management and if no stock than a customer can not order the product.
but in some cases products are digital or something else dan fisical goods. so no stock management is needed. the can alsways order it.
currently the only way i know is to put is a very large amount of stock.. but it would be nice to have a disabled stock control on a specific product.

There can be a problem with products which are mixed products (physical and digital)
